And starting a seed today makes you that much closer to a flowering plant. Lots of things you did 4 or 5 years ago seem like "just yesterday". So why not? Especially if you have seed on hand. You would be out nothing if you failed, but when you succeed, ahhhhh, that is when you'll be glad you did.
