What a cute fuzzy succulent Lovey dubby Sorry, can't id it..it does seem to be an echeveria, but it could also be a type of kalanchoe.

As for its care, I would agree to use typical succulent care, water thoroughly then allow to dry out thoroughly, then lessen watering if your are going to grow it indoors this winter. But try to keep warm and give as much bright light while indoors.
