Kayleigh, I think you're on the right track with your last sentence- that sounds easiest. And flat rate boxes are definitely the way to go for bulbs- the weight adds up quickly. I have a regular paypal account and it gives options of money sent for merchandise or money sent as a gift. I check the box marked gift when sending postage to make sure I pay the paypal charge (it is added to my total charge).
