People should send postage money first. If you don't know someone, then definitely get the postage money first. There are some unscrupulous people out there.

You can order the bubble mailers from the USPS website and they will deliver them to your home within a week or so. There is no cost involved.

You can also pay & print priority postage from home and schedule the postman to pick up your packages.
