I have trimmed the leaves of my Hymenocallis last tuesday, to let it rest ..but yesterday, I saw it does not want to rest yet..new leaf growth forming again. Typically that leftover portion should have dried out..oh well..leaving it be...just interesting how persistent it is to do some more growing.
