I just noticed an instant motivation to add every last cultivar in my stash to the plant database.
Clever!
You know a system is well-designed when new features dovetail productively or synergistically with existing features.
I read the theory that it usually happens when the design has high "structural homology" with the real thing it represents. That just means that it is organized in software the same way "the real thing" is organized in the real world. But that ain't easy to make happen!
