Past Trades (Unalterable, but allows member to view the trades and provides an option to print necessary forms for those trades if needed)
Here is a VERY rough draft of what it could look like (doesn't have all features listed above because it was created in a spreadsheet program, so you'll have to imagine things like a 'print forms' button, etc...)
