Succulent!! I agree with Tarev the cuttings are too wet, maybe you watered right before taking the photo though? I also think maybe needs brighter light, not direct sunlight but brighter shade - again like Tarev said depends on your growing conditions. I've had plants that look like that when they're cold along with wet.
