I grow it from cuttings and YES you are right it is Begonia 
after googling and comparing mine to other Begonias It is Tuberous for sure and I am sure coz the plants that I took cuttings from them all died when the winter started and when the weather started to get cold.« Return to the thread "What is this Flower Plant?I think it is easy to identify..plz help"
