This was in my neighbor's yard and she had a main big bush/plant. Then little to medium size plants scattered all around the main bush. When I pulled a few up they all had tap style roots. The flowers were pink and cream colors. Also it is a drought type bush and was in a desert style lanscape. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
