I don't see it on their Canadian site, is it a US version? The only AGRO mix I see is the seedlings and sprouts one but the ingredients aren't the same as on yours.
Since there's compost in yours the fish fertilizer may be adequate, you could try it and see, but personally I'd go with something more complete in a few weeks when the starter nutrients run out.
