They are not actually cukes. Mexican Sour Gherkins (Melothria scabra). They do have a lot of names, But I have not been tempted to grow them. Have somehat of a sour taste, but some folks use them both for pickles and salads. Look like a miniature watermelon. Actually the West Indian Gherkin looks like a wet mouse when pickled, But I have not seen them advertised as mouse melons.
