Thanks for listing the beans -- all my faves are Romano types, and I love pole beans because they take up so little room and save one's back in terms of picking. Have you ever grown the black-seeded version?

I grew quite a few varieties of beans last year -- if anyone is interested I could offer one pack of about 25 seeds of each:
Kenearly Yellow Eye (bush)
Canadian Goose (bush)
Appaloosa (bush)
Cranberry (bush)
Improved Golden Wax (bush)
Snowcap (pole)
Musica (pole, green Romano type, much like Northeaster)
Rattlesnake (pole)(lots of these available)
Swiss Landfrauen (pole)
Grandma Nellie's Yellow Mushroom (pole, yellow bean)
Limelight (bush; developed as a "lima bean for the north")
Sadie's Horse Runner Bean (small pack of 5 seeds)
