If this is an outdoor Azalea, I would do a winter style hardwood cutting outdoors. You can do it in a pot and then sink the pot. Cover with some leaves. I question whether they would make it or do well indoors.

Also for hardood cuttings, DipnGrow is better than powdered hormones.
