I fully understand! My own dealings with them directly were caused by a screw up on their part. Sorry - I don't like customer service with "Jane" who lives on the other side of the planet and could not possibly answer a question out of order from their script. I never ever received Joy.
Were I you I would give consideration to both Etsy and Facebook. Perhaps Etsy has similar problems to Ebay - doanno. But they have much less exposure than Ebay.
Facebook potentially could give you great exposure. I personally have never used Facebook for anything plant related. Two searches regarding seeds popped up a group in Perth Australia and some where in Great Britain.
