The only "bees" that I'm afraid of are the yellow jackets of late summer. I more often get paper wasps that build little nests inside the greenhouse. I admit to resorting to bug spray on them. Otherwise, the true bees are welcome inside the greenhouse.
My water container is square and sits on a shelf under the potting bench so that it's out of the way. You could rig it up with a spigot instead of trying to pour from it. DH even suggested a little pump but I haven't done either yet.
