Hi and welcome to ATP. I did some looking and found 2 mentions of Safe Keeper ll (98) cabbage, but no mention of availability. There is some info at Cornell University as recent as 2013, Here is a link to that pdf and info about the organic cole crop program. Perhaps you can contact the folks at Cornell for seed availability.
