It is growing in a garden. The person growing it asked me about it. They didn't plant it. But could have been planted long ago by a person or otherwise. I'll have another look at it today and see if it is scented in any way and check for a nectar pool. It's not a euphorbia for sure. The coloration is just fall color. It's normal leaf color is a pale yellowish green if I remember rightly. Ill check out the base of it too to check its growth pattern for sure. As always my compliments to all.
