One of the most vigorous daylilies I grow here in Indiana. Masses of blooms and excellent increase. Of course we don't have the rust here but it has been also healthy in all other ways. No rot or wilt or yellowing of the scapes.
I remember when I first saw it bloom how impressed I was. For the first time, I actually thought progress was being made in getting rid of the tan underground coloring that had plagued the pinks for so long. That has been an uphill battle and many of the present day pinks still have some of it. But thanks to the dedicated breeders in pinks out there, we are almost out of the woods.

Bottom line. 'Shores of Time' has been a favorite from day one and easily sets pods if you are working with pinks. What's not to like.? It is not the largest bloomsize of pinks I have seen but makes up for that with other attributes. Neither is it a small bloom. Just perfect actually for the scape it sits on. You would be happy with it in your garden.
