Have no fear. Each of us judges differently. Some folks are looking for excellent examples of photos, perfectly in focus, great composition, while others just select their favorite flowers. It will all average out in the end and we will have lovely, happy winners.
One image that brought a big smile to my face was in the 'vegetables and fruit' category...the fox running off with the apple.
