55 days. Heirloom.
Snowy white heads 5-6" across.
2016: These grew really well and we had nice big heads. I was so pumped to have some home-grown cauliflower. They were so infested with earwigs that I couldn't even cook them. Greg hosed them off and picked them off before he brought them in the house to soak in salt water. A million more came out of them. (I didn't know this at the time.) When I started to cut them up, they just came boiling out and I threw them all right out the door. Nope, just nope.
