Lovely blooms, Ann, as are all three of your seedlings. I am estimating that
you are about two weeks ahead of me on bloom time. I have many scapes
with buds growing, but just a few scattered blooms so far. The recent cool
temps did a number on the first few to bloom, so not much to look at.

That means looking at yours is a cyber pleasure.

Thanks to all for your comments. You don't know how much it means to hear that you enjoy the photos. Sometimes I wonder if it is worth the trouble to crop, resize and post them.

Ann, it most certainly is for me, and I think it is safe to assume
that it is for everyone else as well. We're daylily nuts you know.

It really helps to see everyone's garden photos to decide what
we may need to add to our own gardens. Even the slight
variations in color and form from each person's gardens gives
us a better perspective to do just that, with the understanding
that soil, temps, and weather conditions do make differences.

I see differences even in my own garden from year to year.
They are sensitive plants to the elements.

Also, it is just plain fun to view so many cultivars. I have catalogs
from various hybridizers that I have practically worn out just looking
at them over and over.

And the photos on ATP are even better, as they give us a larger
variety from individual seedlings to many registered ones.
So, many many thanks for sharing.

I love seeing your photos and everyone else's. I do know how time consuming it can be, especially when there are so many. Thanks for posting.

Even though it's not fully opened and in its true form, I LOVE Lillan's Lies and Alibis. I may be a little biased though since I named it nodding

Ann, we all enjoy your photos and everyone else's, too. Though I do not take the time to comment, David and I check the photos each day. It does take lots of time to take the pictures and post them. We thank each one who will take the time to do all this for our enjoyment.

Don't have time to post a lot, so just a few favorites for today. Hope you find something you like.

Ian Fleming - FFO. The outer edge is nothing but diamond dusting. Photos just can't capture the beauty of this one. It is one of my favorites.

Ann, first thing when I get home from work, I let the dogs out...go check on what's blooming in the front yard...then open ATP and ALWAYS look at the blooms first. Big Grin Thank you

Ann, many thanks for posting. Ian Fleming is one that I
have had on my list for some time. Your photo of that
blossom has put it into the top ten. It is doing so well in
your garden.

Ice crystal is a delicious white. I generally don't go for
whites because most are just not that white. Yours is!!!

I love Ian Fleming also. It is just starting to scape in my bed, but there was a pot of it in another bed and it has already bloomed out and awaiting rebloom scapes.

Ann divided her Ice Crystal last year, she needs to post the pictures from last year before she divided it, it is AWESOME. I will let her post them, she had some really nice pictures. Also I gave it the name, so I am really proud of it lol, I'm sure not as proud as her though.

I really appreciate all your kind comments, especially the ones about my white seedling with the garden name Ice Crystal. Dot wants me to post photos from last year and I will try to do that soon.

It has been in the 50's every morning this week and the daylilies have had a lilttle trouble opening, but not this FFO. I just stood and started at it. I did not adjust the color. It truly is this rich, dark color. LOVE it!

When Royals Dream

FFO Blue Hippo

Xylophone Jazz - people have wondered about the true color, but this is what it looks like. I didn't adjust color. It can only get better next year after it has settled in.
