Leslie that seedling has a good scape and avg bud count it may need one more season to determine its status.

This is a seedling that has some consideration..The bloom carries a 3/4" ruffle the eye and edge is light but this seedling is out in the sun and our intense sun will take some of the intensity out of a bloom..

I love the last one too.
Lyle, I wanted to share that of my daylilies, 3 seedlings from 2010, NATURE'S CROWN, SPACECOAST SUNBURST, LEBEEA ORANGE CRUSH and MOONLIT MASQUERADE, LEBEEA ORANGE CRUSH has done best by far. Most buds, biggest buds, biggest and longest bloom. I have it planted on afternoon shade with NATURE'S CROWN, SPACECOAST SUNBURST (sunburst or starburst?). I seem to have had a tough Spring in this garden :(
