Thread OP

I've got 2 plumerias in tall pots in front of my house (NE Side). They get full sun till around 1pm then shaded by the house. I live just east of San Diego and the temperatures have been in the 90s the last couple weeks. We just got our first bloom a few days ago...it was bright pink. But it quickly turned brown. And some of the leaves are yellowing and the tops turning brown.

The soil is a cactus mix.

I used some organic flower fertilizer back in April.

I've looked under the leaves and no signs of rust and I don't see any insects crawling around in the plants.

Please help.

I am thinking maybe it needs more watering now. Our hot and dry days are really quite long. Humidity levels quite poor.

So hopefully your container have drain holes, so excess water drains away along with excess salts.
