I've got 2 plumerias in tall pots in front of my house (NE Side). They get full sun till around 1pm then shaded by the house. I live just east of San Diego and the temperatures have been in the 90s the last couple weeks. We just got our first bloom a few days ago...it was bright pink. But it quickly turned brown. And some of the leaves are yellowing and the tops turning brown.

The soil is a cactus mix.

I used some organic flower fertilizer back in April.

I've looked under the leaves and no signs of rust and I don't see any insects crawling around in the plants.

Please help.
