This is a fully-mature bush of 'Maman Cochet', in the Sacramento City Cemetery. It was probably planted in the mid-1990's.
For reference, I'd say that the brick surround to the plot where it is growing is perhaps 3-ft. tall.
I don't know about your conditions, but in both Northern and Southern California, 'Maman Cochet' and her color sports are among the most disease-resistant roses I know.
Also among the loveliest.
