I read on a regional newsletter of fall tips (from garden design magazine https://www.gardendesign.com/r... ) that fall was a good time to establish shrub roses. I have two knockouts that I need to move. They were already established and thrive well, but we had a shed built before I was comfortable with the idea of moving them. Now that it's fall, would it be a good time to prepare a new spot and move them before spring? I'm in zone 7a.
