I hope this is ok to ask here. I am wanting to buy some rose seedlings that might be in something like a 2" pot and will cost less than a bare root rose or one in a gallon size pot. I haven't been able to find anything online. Does anyone know of a place where you can buy smaller roses for reduced prices?

Try the Green pages under apps...but High Country Roses and Fresh Garden Living on Etsy are both slightly cheaper...but they are SMALL!
