I received Partita last year (and this year, too) as a bonus. The first blooms did look punky (the fans I received this year bloomed already and were not much to write home about, also) but on rebloom, the first Partita settled down and bloomed like this:
- Daylily (Hemerocallis 'Partita')

Now that it is hot, the flowers are okay but not as stunning as the spring-time blooms. It seems to need to settle down for a cycle and close to perfect environmental conditions here to put on its show.
