It seems that something is feeding on my roses. Most of leaves are curly. The same thing happens on other plants in my balcony as well.
Is there anyone who knows how to deal with this?

Is it possible to show more photos up close?
I read that rose leaf curling can be caused by a few different insects, a virus, or fungus, sorry. But I am sure your rose will be fine with some TLC. Spraying weekly can fix it.

I also, see there may be some black spots on your roses...look for brown specs, too. Spraying weekly, again can heal this issue.

Most rosarians have to deal with insects and diseases such as black spot and more. At beginning of spring I use granules (organic) into soil to
reduce insects. In summer, when insects are airborne I spray weekly with "a rose spray that eliminates insects/disease all at once." There are organic recipes for sprays on internet.

I use Palmolive w/water spray sometimes to just reduce insect numbers spraying weekly. It helps a little. Keeps outside clean anyway! Lol!

No worries about your rose. A good Rose spray may be just what you need. I have to apply weekly TLC to my 90 roses, too, and watch to protect them.

Aphids cluster on buds mainly...I don't see any aphids. Grasshoppers like biting leaves, too. To see a Hods, just look at roses before sunset, just before sun goes down when it's cooler but you can see well. The aphids come out and feast in early eve. Rose spray weekly helps exterminate. Roses need to be watched weekly and given TLC. I spray with a "rose soray weekly that also kills diseases like mildew and black spot & insects, both at once" for any roses when needed. Once insects are airborne sprays are best effective. You can use home organic remedies-soap plus other ingredients. Internet has organic recipes. But spraying has to be done weekly until diseases/insects completely gone.

I use granules (try organic or whatever you prefer) at beginning of spring before bugs are airborne and water into soil around roses, then you may have less a problem with bugs on roses later in summer. Later in summer I spray when insects are flying around.

I see your roses may have black spot around edges or black spots, could make curling? If it's black spot, then spray weekly a "rose spray," for rose diseases. Some roses get black spot and some are resistant.

Your roses will loose the infected leaves but fully recover and thrive if disease is removed completely with weekly spraying.

No worries. Almost all Rosarians get a little black spot on their roses. (If it happens on my roses for a little bit in fall end, I have just let them go dormant for winter and they perked up after I cleaned, pruned them, got ride dead leaves, in spring. During my cold winters they loose all leaves anyway.)

It's very important, though, to clean all diseased leaves away from ground of roses or I have read they may spread it to plant next year. Any dead leaf can have insects or disease on it. So I always clean all dead leaves away from ground around roses.

Have fun! Clean your roses as needed and spray if needed. If bugs are just in the air around too much I spray weekly with only Palmolive soap-water on all gardens. I use special sprays for particular bugs on my roses, too. After it rains I have to spray again.

If you research curly leaves on internet it gives a few ideas what might cause it including mites. Anyway.... using a spray made to combat insects esp mites can help instantly! Some "rose insect sprays" have 3 in one treatments... get rid of fungus, all rose insects and other things.
There is a systemic treatment available, too so no spraying. I like organic Neem oil to remove insects...known to work on mites.

Many rose growers treat their roses with either sprays or systemic treatments during growing seasons for insects, fungus, and some come with fertilizer at same time. Organics have sprays snd home made remedies. Whatever your preference?
