There are several roses with that name, which one are you referring to?
You can see all of them here on the Help Me Find site linked below. Click on the one you want and then click on the 'Buy From' tab to see who may carry it. If it's an older roses, chances are it won't be in circulation any more.

MATADOR is a rather hard to find rose anymore. I had gotten one yrs ago at like WalMart or HD or some place like that. Haven't seen it in yrs. However... if you are good at rooting cuttings, you can get some from UC Davis's Foundation Plant Services. They offer a lot of older out-of-patent rose varieties. The only thing is, you have to order the cuttings in multiples of 5 per variety at $1 each, so $5 per variety, and the minimum order is $100. They ship cuttings May 1 to June 15, and Sept 1 to Sept 15. I did an order for 32 varieties in the Fall. I've lost a lot of them due to my impatience and not using the best rooting hormone. I plan on doing a LOT more this coming Fall, including MATADOR. I lost mine in the Camp Fire. It's a lot of fun rooting rose cuttings! And now that I'm using a better mix, they are rooting easier. I'm using Hormex #8 mixed with cinnamon to help stop rot. Here's a link to the website for the rose list at UCD : https://fps.ucdavis.edu//roses...
