Just planted these about two weeks ago. Water, trimmed about an inch off. These are EBB TIDE TM FLORIBUNDA ROSE bareroots.

I have others that I need help with that doesn't seem to want to flourish, or is just one tall stem with leaves at the top. I don't want them to die, but I on my last leg of caring. Of course I won't but you know. Please any advice.

Unfortunately, they look like goners.
When/where did you get them ? Were they bare root or in a container with soil ?
Also, your profile doesn't indicate what zone or country you're in, which would help in solving your issue.
