I have a rose bush originally planted in 1970. We transplanted it 10 years ago to zone 6b. It has done beautifully until this season. I only see two tiny buds. Is there anything I should be doing?

Welcome! I would recommend being patient! How has the weather been where you are? I do notice tulips around the rose; have they just bloomed? It maybe that everything is on a slower budding and blooming schedule where you are due to your new climactic conditions. Scrape one of the canes gently, and see of there's green underneath; if there is, it should leaf out soon.
Yesterday is gone. Tomorrow has not yet come. We have only today. Let us begin.
