Tarev, really like your new avatar too; the lighting on it is very dramatic...Nice!
Btw, would you be able to tell me the name of the Japanese garden shop in SF? I remember driving an hour and a half to SF to go to a garden shop in Japantown only to find out that it moved to Polk St. Is that the one? Sorry can't remember the name...

Wow, Growing a Gollum from a single leaf. I have two friends who own a variegated Gollum. It is so rare that it can't be found anywhere in the USA. The guy that discovered it and named it has only a few and is very expensive right now. Imagine if 'Tarev' could reproduce them by a leaf only.

Just updating photo of the other jade plant cutting that I have started last Jan 2013:

New growth now on stand alone and is making some newer leaves around it, the previous leaf cutting where it came from has already died off. Photo taken on 16June2013. I placed a cutting of Crassula Tiger Jade, just for fun, to see if it will grow as well.

Trev they are looking good. That is going to look really neat in the shell when they get bigger.

I love my Gollum it does not care that I do not water it and it gets pretty red tips when I put it out in the summer.

It is a bonsai because it has been in the same pot for 6 years. Rolling on the floor laughing

Thank you Greg and Bev. It was one of the first tender succulents I purchased. I did not know what they were. I was in a discontinued junk store and they had all these little different looking plants that were a mystery to me for .10 cents. I put them all in one pot and this one lived thru and this Jade.

Wow, good looking, prosperous plants and at a bargain! What a deal you got!! Hurray! For 10 cents, they are usually fake plants...
