The outer leaves of most of my kale plants have been turning purple. I understand from reading this thread (
The thread "Question: Kale leaves turning purple?" in
Vegetables and Fruit forum) that this may be indicative of a nutrient deficiency, however my leaves look different from the ones in the thread, so I was hoping someone might be able to diagnose the problem from my photos.
Any suggestions for how to resolve this issue? We are beginner gardeners with limited resources available.
I am also wondering if these purple leaves are still edible.
Thank you!
