I compared the photos with Pentas lanceolata before this thread and I do not see the number of hairs on the flowers and leaves of Pentas lanceolata as these photos have. Also these flowers do not open up like Pentas lanceolata flowers and the leaves and flowers look a little different. Attached is a photo of Pentas lanceolata

It's not possible to say for sure, but this looks a lot like a cultivar of Pentas lanceolata that is patented as 'PEZZ0002' and marketed with the trade name of "Starcluster White". I grew it a few years ago.

Overall, the plant is a bit larger in all respects (leaves, flowers, etc.) than normal and more hirsute. Also, the flowers don't flare out as much. I suspect that it may have a higher ploidy than normal but I don't really know since it is a product of Syngenta's proprietary breeding program.

Syngenta now offers a "Starcluster White Improved", but the plant in your photo looks more like the original offering of 'PEZZ0002'.
