Thank you. The PCN's are absolutely exquisite when in bloom, but sadly they are very limited in the geographic climate zones that will successfully support their growth and survival, so most of the folks only can enjoy them through photographs or if they are fortunate/ wise enough to plan an iris vacation to the west coast they may be able to see them first hand from mid April through the end of May or early June. Of note, as amazing as they are in photographs, (similar to other iris) there is something unique and even more spectacular about seeing them in person. For me, I first saw a photo on Joseph Ghio''s facebook page of Blue a Fuse, and was hooked. My first order unfortunately didn't include that hybrid which had to be substituted, but the following year Joseph came through for me and sent me Blue a Fuse, which will always hold a special place in my heart. This coming spring I have almost 2 dozen seedlings that have survived the summer, and three are children of Blue a Fuse, so hopefully you might get to see more photographs, and with any luck, perhaps a new hybrid registered in the next 5 years?
You can check Blue a Fuse and see a photo that I submitted from previous years.
