Okay so it finally started blooming I guess? But it's only one pup...

1) Aren't there supposed to be more than one?
2) How and when do I remove the pup?
3) Should I repot the main plant? It's still pretty wobbly

Just exactly where and how do you grow it?
The main plant will die. No point in repotting it. It is the normal lifecycle, grow, bloom, pups and then the mother plant dies. It is an inbreakable circle of life and death. Mom dies and the pups carry on in her place.
If it normally makes more then one pup for example, and yours is not, it is probably your culture.

Hmm im not sure? I just water it inside its cup when it is completely dry, spraying it lightly on its leaves now and then.. I repotted it in a orchid mix and regular plant soil. Otherwise I let it stay near the windows unless it is in direct sunlight. I live in Sweden so I don't know if it's just the wrong climate for it.. The pup is only 2-3cm tall.. do you think there's a chance more might grow?

So glad you got a pup, plant is doing what it is supposed to. On this particular bromeliad I just leave it alone and let the pup grow, since it is an upper pupper, the mom will eventually die away as the pup grows larger. Another pup may still emerge, but sometimes you only get one pup. Can you put some stakes or rocks to stabilize the plant, I was thinking you already transplanted it? I use the wood shish kabob sticks you find in the bbq section of Walmart.

I see ! Are there any advantages to using kabob sticks? I did repot it, but maybe you mean something else på transplantation?

The sticks are just to stabilize the plant while it is becoming established in the new soil.

Here's a sample if using sticks to stabilize a plant until roots take a good hold and plant no longer wiggles around, you can use any kind of sticks that work.

It looks lovely! When the motherplant is about ready to die, do I repot the pup or can I leave it with its mother? Do I need to remove it?

This one is best to leave the pup, the mother dies off as the pup grows and you can remove a leaf at a time as they brown.

If you do repot it use a lighter mix. All cactus mix is good or add perlite to what you have. The pup will do fine attached to the mother. Just trim off the old leaves as they fade.

Keep water in the cup. Don't worry about the soil. The runoff from the cup will keep the soil moist.

In Sweden light will be your biggest problem. Put it in the brightest light you can without being in direct sunlight, although your weak winter sun may be alright.
