Bee Lover Lover of wildlife (Raccoon badge) Orchids Region: Michigan Hostas Growing under artificial light
Echinacea Critters Allowed Cat Lover Butterflies Birds Region: United States of America
Just exactly where and how do you grow it?
The main plant will die. No point in repotting it. It is the normal lifecycle, grow, bloom, pups and then the mother plant dies. It is an inbreakable circle of life and death. Mom dies and the pups carry on in her place.
If it normally makes more then one pup for example, and yours is not, it is probably your culture.
Orchid lecturer, teacher and judge. Retired Wildlife Biologist. Supervisor of a nature preserve up until I retired.
