I have two classes of lilies: Regal and Oriental. What fertilizer do I use, when, and how often?

I use a 10-10-10, all purpose. Fertilize in early spring as they are coming up, again as buds are forming and then again after blooms have faded. Probably the most important time to fertilize is after they are done blooming. Never fertilize while they are in bloom.
