I have bout a 1,000 baby Lily bulbs from scale propagation. Do I have to refrigerate them before planting or can I go ahead and pot them up so they can start growing?

It depends on the type of lily. Generally, asiatics will need a cold treatment to begin leaf growth, trumpets will not, orientpets probably won't need it. other types, I don't know. If you're not sure, I would put them in the fridge. Whether they need it or not, it won't hurt them.
