I Ordered 3 Purple Prince Orienpet
And The Bulbs Arrived 3 weeks Ago Not Looking Very Good. I stripped The Bad Looking Scales Off And Planted In A Pot Inside. They Are Growing Roots Good So I Wondered If It Would Hurt To Replant In Ground Outside. It's Supposed To Be Cold Next Few Days Here In Alabama Only In 20's F Though.

You would certainly not want to put them outside directly. What a shock that would be to a growing plant! Put the bulbs back in the pot of moist soil, don't water (but close it up in a plastic bag, and put in your unheated garage or similar, 1-2 weeks. You have nice roots coming, but your goal should be not to have them grow anymore, but stay hydrated, until you can plant them outside. The more your roots grow before planting, the more damage to them that will occur when you transplant them. Because of the cold temp of the soil, plants can't repair themselves very quickly.

Thank You Sir
Reason I Asked Is Because There Are 3 Corsage Asiatic Lilies In That Pot As Well. I Was Gonna See If I Could Get Them To Live/Bloom Inside Because They Looked So Bad. The 3 Corsage Are Already Above The Soil A Bit But The 3 Orienpet Aren't Sprouted Yet So I Was Going To Plant Them And Just Leave The 3 In It. I Don't Have A Garage And We Heat 4 Of 10 Rooms With Electric Heaters. Other Rooms Are Just As Cold As Outside. Only Choice I Have Is Warm Inside Or Cold As Outside. Maybe I can Put In Another Pot And Put In Fridge. It Just Turned Cold Here 2 Days Ago.

Put the bulbs you want to plant outside in a pot as I describe above. Take a box roughly that size, and remove the bottom and one side of the box's cardboard. Place the pot on the floor (preferably not carpeted) in your cold room snugly against the wall of a warm room. Place the box over the pot so the open side is against the warm room and the top and three sides are exposed to the cold room, the open bottom exposed to the ground floor. So now inside the box the temperature will be between your cold room and warm room temperatures. Hold 1 week, remove the box, hold 1-2 weeks, then plant outside.

I am assuming your ground doesn't freeze more than a few inches down in the winter. You could put the bulbs in the fridge, especially if you plan to grow them in the same pot this summer. But if you are going to plant them out next season anyway, better to do it this winter in your zone 7.
