In the planting times page, after a detailed examination of some things, it then offers you the hard numbers with specific items. This is displayed in individual boxes with three lines available, some day n/a, some have dates. What are the meanings of each line? Is the 1st one the date to start inside, the second one the date to start outside and the third one, the date to transplant your starters?

The 1st column is "sow seeds indoors"
the 2nd column is "transplant seedlings into the garden"
the 3rd column is "direct sow seeds"

so, the 3rd column is actually when to start from seed outside, and the 2nd is the date to transplant your starters that you grew inside.
