Can I plant new bare root roses in the fall? Or would it be better to wait til spring? Also what is your favorite rose? Mine is Gold Medal. So many good qualities. But I don't have one right now. Look forward to planting a new one. I'm in WV.

A favorite rose? Too many to list so it's whatever is blooming at the moment and smells good.

In my opinion it's perfectly fine to plant bare root in fall, 6 week before potential first frost.
