Well folks, if you thought it couldn't get any worse with the Chamblee Roses debacle (see long thread in this forum), here's ANOTHER one brought to you by the same ownership: ONE LOVE ROSE AND GARDENS.

The Yelp reviews are starting to pile up, all the same distressed, ripped-off people who placed their orders in good faith, paid, then waited... and waited... and waited... then called, and emailed, and called and emailed again... FINALLY realizing they were victims of a scam.

I want to give ZERO stars as they have scammed hundreds people including myself with thousands thousands dollars. This business and their acquired Chamblee's Rose Nursery have taken money from people without sending out roses neither refunds! If you did order, contact your credit card or PayPal immediately to file the preorder chargeback.

I placed three orders almost $300 around March 1st, 2022 for scheduled Fall 2022 delivery. They postponed the delivery using various excuses/lies. I requested to cancel and refund 2 of 3 orders. They agreed and provided a fraudulent "refund receipts" which have no actual refunds hit my PayPal account. I have confirmed no refunds from One Love Farms by talking to PayPal. They argued they don't have the money but PayPal has and nothing they can do. Such a LIE!

They also promised to send the remaining order which postponed from Fall 2022 to April 2023 then to July 2023. No surprise it's also a BIG LIE!

I have already filed complaints with BBB, reportfraud.ftc.gov, and Attorney General of Texas and encourage anyone scammed by One Love Farms and Chamblee's Rose Nursery (they acquired in January 2023) should do the same to make them accountable for what they did.

My previous reviews have been deleted twice but will keep posting if they try to censor me again. People need to know about this so it will be less victims of these crooks.

I don't know how many people know these two nurseries are related. To an unsuspecting internet rose buyer, there would be no way to tell. Plus here on the forum, if you missed the couple of posts that mention that fact, you might think these are two separate entities (which they technically are, for business purposes). Regardless, these people are operating TWO scam nurseries currently, it's even more incriminating than just one. When I learned a while back that Chamblees and One Love were the same ownership, I looked up One Love on Yelp, and couldn't find any of the 'ripped off customers' reviews. So I thought, hmmm, maybe they are ONLY operating the scam out of Chamblees, and the other one is doing fair trade. However, it looks like now that both operations are scamming. It makes you wonder: how long do these people think they are actually going to get away with this?

I personally would doubt it, because that would mean an immediate refund, (and not just empty promises that the roses are "coming soon"), however if anyone HAS had their issues resolved, they are cordially invited to share on this forum!
