Trumpet with red base

The red at the base is nice contrast. I have a white trumpet with a pink pedicel. But no color in the base. I like yours better. very pretty

Coloration like that always makes the buds more beautiful, too.

And I'd say it is the most perfect accent for that lily.

Anthony your seedling are all awesome. A quick question, if you don't mind. Do you grow all your lilies in pots? If you do, what pitfalls have you encountered growing this way and any advice for others you wish you had when you started growing in pots.

I grow all lilies in pots.Heat is my biggest enemy, I lose a lot of asiatic bulbs.One year 43⁰, saw the demise of all the speciosum hybrids.
