Kuwait,
The rose came in a pretty sorry state...with only three canes. Two of which are really stunted with unhealthy, curling, brown and yellow foliage. Thankfuully, the third cane is healthy and around1.5 meters tall. According to the website, Aris is a hybrid tea but it never stated that it was climbing...You guys can decide whether it looks like one or not... To me, it looks like it has the habit of a climber. There is also practically no info on helpmefind about Aris, so that doesn't help. If anyone has any useful knowledge about Aris, please tell me!
Secondly, Aris was infested with spider mites so the first thing I did was to spray it down with soapy water. I already have an issue with spider mites so I was pretty annoyed by that. Now, I am stumped about what I should do now...What do you recommend?

Kuwait,
So, a lot of people in a different forum recommended that I prune it and let new, healthier growth come in...did I go to hard? I do plan on repotting it but later on after it gets over this shock of pruning and what not.

Where does this rose live? Roses seldom thrive indoors.

Kuwait,
Hello porkpal...So this is an alfresco and the rose is there very temporarily...The rose will be in full sunlight out of doors on my patio...I am keeping it downstairs (still has plenty of light in the day) to quarantine it for a couple days while I spray it (with soapy water) for the spidermites and to prune it.

Author: Cătălin Gheorghe Iuroaea, 2022

It presents great vigor, with a height of 100-150 cm and a horizontal development of 80-100 cm. The flowers are apricot-colored, with oval-shaped buds and 20-25 petals. It blooms in 3-4 waves during the vegetation period. Good winter resistance, resistant to powdery mildew and black spot. It is recommended especially for arranging spaces in parks and gardens, but also for cut flowers.

Wash off the soap you sprayed it with. If it's a detergent, the surfactants can burn the foliage in hot sun and high heat. If it's an insecticidal soap, that's "lard" (potassium salts of fatty acids), or FAT and fat is an oil, which will also burn in high heat and direct, hot sun. Personally, I would remove damaged and dying foliage; keep it appropriately watered and in filtered light, not direct hot sun (if it's already hot "summer" conditions there, if not and the light is bright but not blistering, then sun should work) until new growth begins. There are stored nutrients in the canes which the plant will use to produce new growth. Why deprive it of those stored reserves? Once you see new growth emerging, you can start feeding it as you feed the others. I'm sorry, but I know nothing of the variety, but how you treat it to acclimate it to your conditions is the same no matter which "class" it is.

Kuwait,
Hello roseseek. I'll wash of the soap right away! It is winter right now and not hot (about 15C - 60F). Thank you Elena999! This is very useful information. What's interesting is that I feel like the bloom that was on Aris yesterday looks more like Artemis; its parent.
