where can I buy this rose in the USA?

I don't find any information it is commercially available in the US. Your best bet is likely going to be obtaining cuttings from someone who grows it and either rooting them yourself; having someone proficient at rooting them do it for you; or contacting Steve Singer at Wisconsin Roses and arrange to have bud wood sent from someone who grows it to him at the appropriate time for him to bud it to multiflora stock for you. Own root, where it's happy, it gets tall. Budded, and happy, it's virtually a climber.

Who knows? There is no indication I can find where they are. If they are not in the US, you may encounter issues with delivery. It is interesting they offer a number of British bred roses which have no indication of having been brought in to the US (no gardens nor nurseries ever listed as having offered them in the US market) and that raises some red flags to me. Just make sure you use a payment method which will get your money back for you should the product never arrive. Good luck!
