I purchased Baptisia 'Midnight' from Wayside Gardens in 2008 ( Qty 5 @ $3.98 each). Not sure what I did with all of them, but I ended up with 2. Then after 5 years or so I tried to move one that was in too much shade. I remember reading that transplanting baptisia was difficult. The one I moved died:) So, I am left with one Baptisia 'Midnight' I selected my best photos (spanning several years) and created a photo album on Google Photos. Have a look...

Also, @Dave. When I post a link like this on Facebook or in my iMessage app, it automatically grabs the album cover photo and posts it as a link to the album. Is that a feature that you would consider for garden.org?

It's possible, but would require a substantial programming effort. How often do you post links like this?

Frank, I have found if you dig early in the spring just as they are coming up, you can get a successful transplant.

@Dave, most of my posts to garden.org in the past few years have contained a link to flickr that returns a series of my photos related to the specific plant that I posted about. When I post that same link to facebook, it grabs the first photo in the series and posts that as a link.

so, to answer your question, I usually always post links like this.

I plan on using google photos instead of flickr in the future. Seems like Flickr was on life support a few years back and Smugmug did not choose to resuscitate.
