Hello, We create structures out of living willows, but only want the growth on the top 3 inches, so currently as the shoots pop out of the buds down the stems, we have clean them off with different scrubbers, tools etc. Does anyone know if there is a wax or spray that can be coated on the willow stems to stop the buds from popping out?

Same as the rose question you posed earlier, no there isn't.

Not sure why you created a new member ID to pose a similar question. Confused
